    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Responsible for fostering a fun environment.
    • Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.
    • Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.
    • Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.
    • Exchange currency for guests.
    • Responsible for the monitoring of VLT machine activity.
    • Perform routine machine repairs and service, including jackpot and ticket fill process and responding to change lights.
    • Print replacement and issue new Marquee Rewards cards.
    • Must be knowledgeable of all special events and promotions available to customers.
    • Actively seek out opportunities to service customers.
    • Safeguard company assets.
    • Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations.
    • Other duties, as needed.

    • Must have outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
    • Must enjoy hosting others.
    • Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.
    • Must be able to pass background check.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
    • Wearing a 2-way communication radio with earpiece.
    • Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
    • Multitasking with several radio calls.
    • Capacity to work independently with minimal direction.

    Education and/or Experience:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent.


    Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.

    Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of America money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.

    Reasoning Ability:  Be able to make quick, reasonable decisions regarding patron and Team Member interactions.

    Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

    • The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
    • All Team Members at Hollywood are under surveillance (and audio surveillance in limited areas). Performance may be observed and recorded.
    • Team Member could be exposed to an environment containing unrestricted second-hand tobacco smoke.
