    Your daily responsibilities include

    SUMMARY

    Direct the operations of all food and beverage outlets, kitchen operations and housekeeping functions. Duties require good judgment to review labor, supply costs and market data to recommend pricing and make necessary changes and decisions. Directs and oversees all F&B, Culinary and Housekeeping Management. 

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

    • This position is responsible for providing a high level of guest service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Cast members.
    • Formulate, direct, develop and oversee the implementation of goals and objectives for all of Food & Beverage and the Housekeeping department.
    • Review all departmental policies and procedures to ensure effectiveness and conformance to company goals and objectives.
    • Inspect food and beverage outlets, kitchen operations, catering operations and housekeeping functions to ensure compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
    • Work with Marketing, Player Development and/or the Human Resources departments to develop food and beverage requirements for upcoming events.
    • Communicate with the Purchasing department to develop quality specifications for all food and beverage products.
    • Review inventory and par levels to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
    • Evaluate labor and supply costs and market data to develop pricing recommendations.
    • Review usage, guest counts and revenue reports to determine appropriate staffing.
    • Plan and formulate the departmental budgets.
    • Monitor departmental expenses and ensure compliance with the budget.
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Provides leadership to a team of managers and supervisors within the Food & Beverage and Housekeeping Departments with oversight responsibilities for the entire division. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

     

    Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS  

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.     • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent from four year college or university; or four years related supervisory or managerial experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
    • Previous supervisory experience in a full service or high volume restaurant preferred.
    • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
    • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
    • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook programs.
    • Excellent motivational, communication and customer service skills required.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.

     

    REASONING ABILITY

    Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

     

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    Team Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

     

    Must successfully complete BASSET training.

    The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
