    The analyst will proactively work with property and service center marketing team to provide analytics needs to marketing related initiatives. We're automating and standardizing processes and reporting, building predictive models, quantifying the effects of various operational initiatives, and becoming a key and highly visible business partner to many groups throughout the company. The ideal candidate has analytics experience in the gaming industry, a quantitative or finance degree (business, finance, economics or mathematics), knowledge of relational database and a great enthusiasm for analysis and business intelligence.

    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Collaborate with database marketing, player development, loyalty marketing and planning and analysis teams in analyzing marketing initiatives and provide business recommendations
    • Analyze trends and KPIs related to campaign performance, customer behavior and perform regular data quality audits on campaign and guest activity data
    • Evaluate direct mail test and related marketing initiatives and propose new tests
    • Manipulate and analyze large datasets using data discovery and visualization tools and perform statistical analysis to produce relevant insights to the business
    • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the various monthly, quarterly, year-end and as-needed performance metrics
    • Prepare analysis, commentary, and presentation materials for department and property reviews including financial results, business initiatives, customer behavior, etc.
    • Utilize business intelligence tools to create interactive reports and dashboards to help operators understand their business and make data-driven decisions
    • Perform related duties and responsibilities as required

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES                                                             

    This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field
    • At least 2+ years of gaming experience or related industry experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with relational databases, SQL, and other programming languages is preferred
    • High proficiency with MS Office
