    Your daily responsibilities include

    Provide technical assistance, support, and advice to users in a 24 hour environment.  Analyze problems, recommend and implement solutions.  Provide technical support for hardware, software, and systems. Answer telephone calls and resolve difficulties. Install, modify, clean, and repair computer hardware and software.  Oversee the daily performance of the company’s computer systems and evaluate software programs for usefulness. Perform all system procedures and maintenance to facilitate continued and efficient use of system resources.

    • Adhere to the Pinnacle Values.
    • Conduct timely 1st level analysis to determine problems and potential resolutions while providing help desk phone and on-site support for requests related to hardware, software, network connectivity and application support. 
    • Consult with end users to determine hardware, software or system function setups.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to Service Requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
    • Analyze, document and test computer systems or programs for purpose of troubleshooting/resolution.
    • Maintain understanding of multiple platforms and relevant applications and service offerings to ensure accurate and timely resolution or escalation of issues. 
    • Adhere to the processes/procedures established to meet day to day operational needs and to ensure compliance with regulatory/compliance related controls.
    • Act as a representative of Technology Services to internal and external customers.
    • Work in a team setting, sharing information and assisting other team members.
    • Support the policies of Pinnacle Entertainment.
    • Work flexible hours including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays including but not limited to participating in the on-call rotation program.
    • This is a non-uniformed position, which requires the team member be in compliance with non-uniformed appearance standards while on duty.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set


    (Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)

    • Associates degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience required.

    • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
    • Frequent exposure to smoking and loud environments.


    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.)

    • Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license within assigned state of employment or other PNK properties as required.
    • Must successfully pass background check.
    • Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening.
    • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
    • Must be able to work the following hours and days: Saturday - Wednesday 12 pm-8 pm (Thursday and Friday OFF).
