    Your daily responsibilities include

    The Lead Security Officer supervises the operations of the Security Department on an assigned shift. To maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests, our team members and our company assets.

    The commute to Cactus Petes easier and more comfortable, we offer an exclusive Team Member bus stops in Twin Falls and Hollister six times a day. We also have several types of housing available on property for rent to Team Members, subject to availability.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • Plan and schedule security activities as directed by management.
    • Assign work to Security Officers and establish priorities.
    • Train, inspect and evaluate Security Officers for alertness, appearance, and proper performance while on duty and correct deficiencies.
    • Respond to all non-routine incidents ensuring appropriate action is taken.
    • Evaluate security reports for accuracy and completeness.
    • Ensure all incidents are thoroughly investigated and appropriate action is taken and notifications are made.
    • Ensure all Nevada Gaming Commission Regulations and requirements are met and followed by all security personnel.
    • In the event of an emergency, the Lead Officer may coordinate the emergency activities including notification of police, fire, Security Director, and General Manager until the arrival of the responsible fire/police department or executive.
    • Determine and recommend changes to improve security operations.
    • As needed, the Lead Officer may assume the same duties and responsibilities as listed in the Security Supervisor’s job description.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming License.
    • Minimum of one year experience in casino security or other law enforcement field.
