    Your daily responsibilities include

    The Table Games Dealer is to deal at assigned table games, ensure compliance with gaming regulations and provide excellent guest service. 

     

    We recognize that the hard work and dedication of our Team Members has a positive impact on our property's success, therefore along with competitive wages, full-time Team Members are eligible to receive Medical, Dental, and Vision following 60 days of continued employment.  Matching 401K plan is available after 90 days of continued employment.

       

    The commute to Cactus Petes easier and more comfortable, our exclusive Team Member bus stops in Twin Falls and Hollister six times a day. We also have several types of housing available on property for rent to Team Members, subject to availability. 

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • Completion of Dealers School or Six (6) months of experience as a dealer.
    • Create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness toward Guests, make eye contact and greets Guests by first name, if known, upon arriving to the table and thank the Guest for playing when they leave the table
    • Knowledge in all aspects of the games dealt
    • Compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Nevada Gaming Regulations and Internal controls
    • Ensure appropriate game protection
    • Ensure appropriate game pace for all players
    • Ensure payouts are made quickly and accurately
    • Fill and credit tables by verification of cheques
    • Open and close tables by verification of all cheque inventory
    • Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
    • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues
    • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with guests
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Excellent Team Member and customer relations skills.
    • Strong math skills.
    • Ability to work any shifts or hours.
