  • Your daily responsibilities include


    The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

    • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. 
    • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
    • Make flyer drops
    • Visit customers- networking with different businesses to help drive customers to the pool
    • Up sell cabanas and daybeds from incoming calls and on the pool deck
    • Network at property events to bring customers to the pool
    • Collect email and other customer information from guests on the pool deck
    • Update customer database with the information collected on the pool deck
    • Assist with all functions at the pool
    • Assist in the manicure of Daybeds and Cabanas that are already set up
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

    • High School Diploma or GED preferred
    • Experience working at a high volume pool, lounge, dayclub, or nightclub is required
    • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
    • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
    • Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, with particular attention to detail.
    • Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills and good public relations skills with a good personality, enjoying opportunities to work with and assist people.
    • Proper mental attitude to deal effectively with guests, management, vendors and employees while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
    • Must be able to withstand extreme sun & heat, cold, and inclement weather for long periods of time throughout the day.
    • Proven track record in developing relationships and clientele networks
    • Basic understanding of social media networks
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)


    Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.



    Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.




    Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.

    Nevada GCB Registration (Club Venue), Alcohol Awareness, and SNV Food Handler Safety cards required.

    The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
