    We are currently seeking a talented individual to become a Buffet Attendant.  An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Provides friendly and efficient service to all guests in assigned outlet.
    • Displays a thorough knowledge of all menu selections and daily specials.
    • Clears and resets tables in accordance with established procedures.
    • Transports all dirty tableware to designated washing area for cleaning.
    • Accomplishes all assigned cleaning, stocking, and maintenance tasks.
    • Must be able to stand for a full shift.
    • Follows prescribed service standards as they apply to the position.
    • Adheres to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
    • Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with customer or fellow team members.
    • Any and all duties as assigned by your Manager or a member of management.
    • Able to lift 25 pounds.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • Must be 18 years of age or older and have good communications skills. Must wear slip resistant shoes.
    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three years experience in a full service restaurant preferred.
    • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.
    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
    • Must successfully complete C.A.R.E. training certification course.
    • Ability to memorize menus or scripted materials.
    • While performing the duties of this Job, the team member is regularly required to stand; walk and talk or hear. The team member is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch and taste or smell. The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
