    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you come in contact with.
    • Effectively respond to supervisor's requests in all areas of customer interaction and customer concerns.
    • Comply with company policies; all state and federal regulations; and internal controls as it relates to this position.
    • Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company's judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity or improved guest service.
    • Process group deposits and update contracts with payment information.
    • Audit ticketing, food, beverage, gift shop and valet to determine overage/shortage of cash drops.
    • Monitor and update redeemed, outstanding and newly issued gift certificates.
    • Monitor on-line credit card receipts and processing.
    • Audit food and beverage tickets.
    • Balance and sort house charges.
    • Balance credit cards transactions.
    • Track and devise spreadsheets for promotions and presold buffets.
    • Compile daily sales report.
    • Match vendor invoices to proof of receipt and purchase order to process for payment.
    • Verify sales tax calculations on vendor invoices, self-assess if necessary.
    • Process invoices through accounts payable ledger computer system.
    • Maintain accounts payable files.
    • Provide additional assistance to Management as needed.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
    • One year related experience and/or training
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
    • Must have the ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions
    • Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations
    • Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.)
    • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
