The Heavy Duty Cleaner is responsible for providing excellent guest satisfaction, through guest assistance, high standards of cleanliness and teamwork. HDC consistently maintains a clean facility, and an environment that promotes a positive attitude that includes a pleasant and entertaining experience for our guests. Be a role model for peers, and co-workers. The Heavy Duty Cleaner is accountable for the overall cleanliness, and presentation of the entire property.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Must have 1-year previous housekeeping experience. Additional team specialized in training of floor care/machinery and chemical usage. Carpet extracting knowledge. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and guest service skills. This position is responsible for providing a high level of guest service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Cast members. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must understand and speak the English language.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee
frequently is required to stand; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. The employee requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus, with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. occasionally.
Due to safety issues; at the discretion of management may be required to wear projective equipment.
