An individual could be successful if they possess the following.
Assists in watching slot play, resolves problems and promotes compliance with slot procedures and rules while insuring slot security and reporting on specific play or problems as required.
Respond to the needs of guests, and accurately handle guests’ monetary transactions; has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers.
Pay and verify jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures.
Proactively promote the MyChoice card program; understand current card benefits and information and presents program to customers.
Accurately maintains and control money flow during shift with customers and employees.
Assists in training new personnel and customer booth trainees as needed.
Monitors work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are achieved and customer requests are addressed and resolved.
These skills and abilities are typically acquired through at least 1 year experience directly related to the accountabilities specified.
