    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set


    • Must already be an existing Starbucks Barista or Lead Barista.
    • Must have knowledge of POS systems and order taking procedures.
    • Must have knowledge of Starbucks Codes and Policies and AST Certification
    • Have ability to count currency and give appropriate change back.
    • Ensure cleanliness of work area and maintain assigned station throughout shift.
    • Must have a minimum 6 months previous Supervisory or Lead experience.
    • Ability to stand throughout the entire shift, work in a high stress and high-volume environment.
    • Ability to communicate (read/write/speak) in English. Must possess valid Southern Nevada Health District Card. Casino experience preferred but not mandatory.
