    An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Maintains and coordinates repairs on live music system and other AV systems on an as needed basis.
    • Coordinate and assists in planning and execution of events and promotions requiring audio technical assistance. 
    • Act as an onsite technical assistant for Hollywood’s live music events
    • Responsible for the successful operation of the audio, lighting and staging requirements. 
    • Responsible for maintenance and setups of all audio equipment. 
    • Ensures operation of sound, lighting, and stage equipment by performing regular maintenance.
    • Acts as a role model and always presents oneself as a credit to Hollywood and encourages others to do the same.
    • Adheres to all company, departmental, and regulatory policies.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • Must be 21 years of age or older
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • One year of experience using audio/visual equipment required or appropriate technical education
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
    • Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and programs as they become available
    • Good oral and written communication skills, must be fluent and literate in English
    • Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and possess strong organizational skills
    • Must be a team player and works collaboratively with other departments as needed.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment
    • All equipment and mediums properly maintained and operating correctly
    • Compliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirements
    • Teamwork – ability to work collaboratively with other departments and leaders to complete property/corporate initiatives and effective day to day operations
