    Your daily responsibilities include

    *Pending Regulatory Approvals*

    • Supports the onboarding efforts for Talent Acquisition Shared Services and the corporate office. 
    • Responsible for accurate onboarding of new hires/transfers in iCIMS and communicating via phone, and/or e-mail with new hires and properties until onboarding is completed for the corporate office and assigned positions.  Ensures all onboarding forms are completed and accurate for corporate office and assigned positions. 
    • Responsible for entering Section 2 information and E-Verifying in I9 Tracker system for corporate Team Members.  Ensures appropriate I9 forms are completed and documents are submitted in accordance with federal law.
    • Ensures all background information for corporate and assigned positions complies with PNG standards for all corporate hires and assigned positions, according to established guidelines.  Seeks Manager approval for anything that falls outside of the guidelines. 
    • Assists with new hire orientation for all corporate new hires/transfers.  Ensures policies are acknowledged in LMS (learning management system) and ensures all necessary paperwork is signed off for compliance purposes following orientation. 
    • Responsible for LMS reporting for policy acknowledgement compliance and any other training or acknowledgement as necessary in LMS.
    • Prepares new hires packets for all orientation attendees and coordinates/schedules benefit meetings with Benefits Coordinator.
    • Prepares and submits necessary forms for new hires, transfers, and terminations for the corporate office.  This includes but not limited to employee data change and IT forms (new and outgoing). 
    • Assists with constructing offer letters for new hire/transfer candidates for corporate and/or Exec property candidates.
    • Responsible for responding to inquiries sent to corporate website, e-mail, or voice messages regarding employment and/or employee relations issues.  Discuses Team Member concerns via phone or responding to website.  Compiles information and provides to HR Business Partner, VP of Talent Management, or appropriate contact person to investigate and/or respond.
    • Assists with planning and execution of corporate Team Member events.  This includes but not limited to ordering supplies or catering, sending communications, and set-up/tear down.
    • Assists with the printing and preparation of materials for trainings, meetings etc.  Materials include but are not limited to Powerpoint presentations, handouts, agendas, guidebooks, etc.   
    • Assists with posting requisitions in applicant tracking system (ATS) as needed. 
    • Assists with preparation of company and HR department meetings.  This includes but not limited to printing documents, inputting information into appropriate electronic or printed format, distributing information, making reservations, and ordering and/or picking up supplies from vendors.
    • Assists properties with career fair collateral and displays by shipping necessary items to property contacts. 
    • Assist with administrative duties for the corporate HR department.  This includes but not limited to answering phones, taking and relaying messages, copying, ordering supplies, scanning, faxing, and mailing. 
    • Responsible for maintaining and organizing Team Member files for all corporate Team Members.
    • Performs ad-hoc projects as needed.
    • Assists with corporate Wellness activities as needed.  This includes but not limited to attending meetings, ordering supplies, and sending e-mail communications.
    • Processes corporate HR department’s Amex receipts and vendor invoices. 
    • Assists with travel arrangements as needed.
    • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
    • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • High School Diploma or G.E.D.; or two to four years’ experience in Human Resources with emphasis in HRIS data entry and/or benefits; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Must have general knowledge of ACA regulations, compliance requirements as they relate to state and federal laws that apply to the Penn benefit plans.
    • Must have general knowledge of 401k/Deferred Compensation/Retirement plans
    • Must have excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
    • Must be able to follow standard procedures and understand impact of data entry changes as it relates to HR policies and Team Members.
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
    • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
    • Must have demonstrated knowledge of state, local and federal labor laws and regulations related to HR.
    • Must be detailed oriented.
    • Must have the ability to be proactive when working on tasks and escalate priority work as needed.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality. 
    • Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Must have technical and working knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience in UltiPro highly preferred.
