  • Your daily responsibilities include

    The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

    • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. 
    • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.

     

    Direct Mail:

    • Assists in creating and executing monthly and ad hoc direct mail/promotional setups and processes.
    • Request and implement web content for property website.
    • Create and upload monthly offers via Corp-approved tools.
    • Create and execute email based offers.
    • Creates analysis as needed.
    • Works with various vendors as needed.
    • Proofs many different marketing items and setups for content and accuracy.

    Promotions & Special Events:

    • Assists in special events as needed. Dress in appropriate uniform/attire based upon event/venue, occasionally a costume may be used.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Associates degree (A.A.) in marketing, finance or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • One (1) year of related experience required, preferably in Marketing.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
    • Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
    • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive toward results.
