    An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Supports Shared Services efforts for the Company by processing transactions including but not limited to job changes, terminations, status changes, and benefit changes.   
    • Completes accurate data entries into appropriate HRIS systems within established guidelines.
    • Completes incoming helpdesk support tickets within established guidelines. Seeks Manager approval for anything that falls outside of the guidelines.
    • Assists in completing accurate and timely administration of HR processes/programs through HR and/or Vendor interaction (before, during, and after the transactional work is completed).
    • Meets established SLA (service level agreement) guidelines and goals as assigned.
    • Serves as a first-line resource for property HR Team Members. Provides requested information or takes appropriate action to resolve, refer, or escalate issues in accordance with established guidelines such as Company/ HR policies and procedures. 
    • Provide assistance and support to properties for incoming ACA queries and issues.
    • Consults with management on all performance related issues and concerns.
    • Consistently demonstrates excellent communication skills.
    • Assists Manager with special projects as needed.
    • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. 
    • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
    • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • High School Diploma or G.E.D.; or two to four years’ experience in Human Resources with emphasis in HRIS data entry and/or benefits; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Must general knowledge of ACA regulations, compliance requirements as they relate to state and federal laws that apply to the Penn benefit plans.
    • Must have excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
    • Must be able to follow standard procedures and understand impact of data entry changes as it relates to HR policies and Team Members.
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
    • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
    • Must have demonstrated knowledge of state, local and federal labor laws and regulations related to HR.
    • Must be detailed oriented.
    • Must have the ability to be proactive when working on tasks and escalate priority work as needed.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality. 
    • Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Must have technical and working knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience in UltiPro highly preferred.
