    Your daily responsibilities include

      • Responsible for fostering a fun environment
      • Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
      • Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
      • Oversees the following positions: AP/Payroll Supervisor, Staff Accountant, Collections Analyst, and Payroll/AP Coordinator.
      • Responsible for the scheduling, training, evaluations, issuance of disciplinary action, and directing of work assignments for the accounting staff.
      • Develop, document, and implement policies and procedures that may include compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and GAAP.
      • Prepare monthly, quarterly, year-end documents per guidelines set forth by regulatory agencies, external auditors, internal auditors, and corporate.
      • Perform closing of general ledger at month end, quarter-end, and year-end.
      • Manage financial statement preparation.
      • Perform monthly bank account reconciliations.
      • Analyze and reconcile account balances.
      • Oversee the calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
      • Supervise and manage attendance and time records of team members.
      • Calculate and remit Federal, State, and local tax.
      • Oversee fixed asset records and procedures.
      • Create management reports and analysis.
      • Perform other projects and duties, as assigned.
      • Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
      • Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
      • Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
      • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
      • All other duties as assigned.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

      • Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
      • Must enjoy hosting others
      • Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests
      • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
      • Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college or university required.
      • CPA preferred.
      • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
      • Ability to work with mathematical concepts, such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.  
      • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
      • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs, and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in vary work areas such as confined spaces
