    An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Screen applications for entry level positions and mark as candidate for department managers to review.
    • Schedule interviews and appointments for department managers.
    • Schedule new hires for orientation and completes new hire paperwork.
    • Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, composing, typing, copying and filing correspondence, memos, letters, and any miscellaneous documentation.
    • Maintain confidentiality.
    • Serves as liaison between IGC and HR including badge renewal and renewal notification, new hire badging, term notification.
    • Cover front desk responsibilities as needed.
    • Provide positive communication and use Red Carpet Training skills with every patron and co-worker.
    • Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.
    • Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • Must be 18 years of age.
    • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and the Internet. Knowledge of Ultipro, iCims, Impromptu, and Kronos preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • A professional appearance and telephone manner is essential.
    • Ability to produce professional quality correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Ability to operate a variety of office machines, including copier, fax machine, and computer.
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the general public.
