Major Job Duties:
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Setup and prepare AV equipment for operation, in accordance with departmental policies and user needs.
Perform preventative maintenance procedures on all AV equipment on a schedule basis.
Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware and software on all AV equipment. Utilizes contracted vendor for assistance as needed in the troubleshooting process.
Assist users with problems encountered while using systems within the Hotel.
Contact and work cooperatively with internal and external service providers, including the M Resort Facilities Department and vendors, to facilitate correction of any problems covered by maintenance and/or repair agreements.
Any other functions deemed necessary by management.
Must provide courteous and friendly service to all staff and customers.
Perform related work as requested.
