  • Your daily responsibilities include


    The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

    • Prepares month-end bank reconciliations.
    • Prepares month-end account reconciliations.
    • Records monthly intercompany entries.
    • Records recurring standard monthly journal entries.
    • Records cash transfer/wire journal entries.
    • Assists in preparation of supporting schedules for SEC filings.
    • Backup to Accounts Payable.
    • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. 
    • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.

    • Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Accounting from accredited four-year college or university.
    • 0-2 years of related experience.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) required; Microsoft Great Plains preferred.
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
