    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Maintains vigilance at assigned posts for all activities.
    • Provides exceptional customer service to all internal and external guests.
    • Maintains routine patrols throughout the premises and maintains observation for criminal activities and general non-compliance to company rules and policies.
    • Provides safe and secure transportation of house monies between one point and another.
    • Provides visual surveillance of all areas to detect fire and safety hazards and other defects, which might compromise the well being of life and property.
    • Keeps alert for undesirables, juveniles (persons under the age of 21 years in the Casino) and other persons who are disrupting the peace of the establishment.
    • Provides all escorts and acts as a runner for gaming requests such as pit fills.
    • Provides detailed written reports, which document the pertinent information of an incident in accordance with the policies and procedures.
    • Provides training of new hire Security Officers in all aspects of Security.
    • Provides continued training for Security Officers including CPR/AED, defensive tactics, and OC spray.
    • Cover shift as a Supervisor while covering for Security Shift Manager’s off days and as assigned by management.
    • Conduct shift briefings and daily RAVE sessions.
    • Other assignments as designated.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • Customer service oriented attitude with the ability to present a polished, professional, and friendly demeanor at all times.
    • Prior military or security experience a plus but not required.
    • Able to stand for long periods of time.
    • Able to handle pressure situations in a calm and tactful manner.
    • Prior trainer and/or management experience.
