    Your daily responsibilities include

    SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Participate with assigned employees in the completion of all daily work assignments.
    • Assist, and work as a team with Management in preparing daily work assignments, schedules, audits, check lists and other functions for the assigned Shift.
    • Train Security employees in established methods and procedures as well as any new training.
    • Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures on property and report any safety hazards or violations to Management.
    • Conduct the daily pre-shift, (briefing), as required, inspect Officers during the pre-shift to ensure uniforms, appearances, badges, licenses, certifications, and permits are in full compliance with company standards and departmental policy.
    • Prepare Security / incident reports as needed, train and assist all assigned Officers in completing incident reports.
    • Observe, supervise and instruct all assigned officers in the performance of their             daily duties.
    • Schedule and maintain, as required, the Security activities on the assigned shift.
    • Ensure that all company and departmental logs are maintained and completed by assigned security personnel as per established policies and procedures.
    • Report to Management any observations that may lead to counseling of employees. (Management will review observations with Department Director to determine level of counseling).
    • Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, coworkers, staff, customers, guests, vendors, and all members of applicable gaming and law enforcement agencies.
    • Establish confidence and credibility within the Security Department.
    • Communicate any and all shift related concerns with Management.
    • This position is subject to additional hours, regardless of the shift you are asked to work.
    • Perform any and all other related duties as assigned by Management          

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

     

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum of three years casino management Security experience, or equivalent.
    • Working knowledge of desk top computers, including the ability to communicate by
    • E-mails, the use of word, Excel, and other software programs as needed.
    • Be able to obtain MS Gaming license
    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Valid driver license
