    An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Responsible for fostering a fun environment
    • Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
    • Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
    • Maintain files on all track related injuries
    • Maintain Driver /Trainer personal information as needed.
    • Assist EMT’s and Paramedics as necessary.
    • Inventory first aid supplies in the first aid room in the paddock.
    • Report all recordable race track accidents to the VP of Racing and insurance carrier.
    • Provide professional representation at internal and external meetings and events.
    • Demonstrate abilities to meet performance expectations with Communications, Initiative/Problem Solving, Guest Service/Interpersonal Relations, Work Habits and Conduct, and Responsible Gaming/Business Ethics.
    • Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the “Red Carpet Customer Service” Program.
    • Adhere to all Corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
    • Must enjoy hosting others
    • Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests
    • Associate’s/Technical Degree preferred, LPN or RN Certification
    • 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
