    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you come in contact with.
    • Effectively respond to supervisor’s requests in all areas of customer interaction and customer concerns.
    • Drive vehicle from pick up area to destination according to assigned schedule and rotate.
    • Assist disabled passengers into and out of Shuttle Bus.
    • Operate radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles.
    • Clean and service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
    • Complete DOT required vehicle inspection reports, logs, and records of passengers, if required.
    • Comply with company policies; all state and federal regulations; and internal controls as it relates to this position.
    • Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job descriptions where, in the company’s judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest service.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
    • Able to drive a 30 passenger shuttle bus
    • Previous experience driving a passenger bus required
    • Must have valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
    • Able to operate a two-way radio.
    • Excellent customer/communication skills
    • Available to work required schedule which may include weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
    • Able to work in changing weather conditions
    • Able to sit for long periods of time.
