    An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Supply excellent guest service via phone representation answering and or directing guest’s questions in regards to Marketing Promotions, Rewards Club, and all other general inquiries.
    • Answer inbound guest service calls including general inquiries about the casino operations and account information and perform outbound follow up calls as needed using proper phone etiquette
    • Provide technical assistance to customers in relation to website account registration.
    • Assist other employees with questions or problems.
    • Proficient on navigating the computer and various programs
    • Ability to provide Red Carpet Customer Service to all guests

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • High School Diploma/GED
    • Ability to obtain/possess a State of Ohio gaming license
    • Read, write, speak English
    • Basic Computer Operating and Keyboarding Skills
    • Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor/Manager
    • Must be able to sit for a length of time, during entire shift.
    • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
