    An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Performs accounts payable functions such as checking and processing invoices
    • Researching discrepancies and unpaid invoices
    • Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll
    • Maintain documentation and files
    • Respond to employee and vendor inquiries
    • Posting payments
    • Assist with month-end closing
    • The person in this role has no supervisory responsibilities; however, in the absence of a supervisor, they may be asked to

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • Associate’s/Technical Degree; 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.                       
    • Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from employees.
    • Must have the ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply concepts to practical situations
    • Must have the ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions
    • Intermediate computer knowledge; MS Office
