    An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Keep all areas of buffet clean and well stocked including china/glass/silver in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength and compliance goals. 
    • Stock china, glass and silver for both front and back of house. 
    • Responsible for emptying trash receptacles and dish carts in accordance with venue guidelines.
    • Keep work area neat and clean in accordance with all PA Department of Health standards.
    • Ensure all necessary pre-shift/post-shift side work is completed daily.
    • Attendance at any pre-shift meetings.
    • Responsible for maintaining a regular and consistent attendance record.
    • Maintains a clean and organized work area.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • 0-6 months of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Will train for position.
    • Must have the ability to read, write and speak English.
    • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and manuals.
    • Must have the ability to perform basic math skills.
    • Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

    • Walking and lifting 100% of the time. 
    • Bending/Lifting and moving maximum of 50 pounds.
