    Your daily responsibilities include

    This position will be responsible for enhancing the growth of gaming revenues through the development of our Asian customer base, maintaining relationship with valued Asian guests, and marketing our gaming product to potential high-limit Asian guests.

    • Identify, build relationships with, and provide excellent guest service to drive revenue within the existing Asian database.
    • Drive incremental revenue by identify, develop personal relationships, and provide excellent customer service to new and first time Asian guests.
    • Develop relationships with key influencers in the Asian and Asian American community by attending various events, including but not limited to: golfing events; trade shows; store openings and dinner parties.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of all Asian Marketing events, gaming and non-gaming.
    • Provide additional support to hosted database via phone/floor coverage
    • Administrative duties, including but not limited to event telemarketing, hotel reservation origination, comp issuance, et
    • Adhere to departmental quality standards
    • Maintain compliance with the Gaming Board Rules, Standards and the company's System of Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
    • Work within the guidelines established by the company
    • Other duties as assigned

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set


    • Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or a minimum of one year related experience and/or training in sales or casino business including table games and slots, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as either Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin or Vietnamese.
    • Proficient in computer programs; prior experience with or casino marketing programs is preferred

    • Casino Host experience preferred
    • Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests
    • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
