    We are currently seeking a talented individual to become a Database Marketing Administrator.  An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Pulls lists, proofs data and manages all mailings with vendors.
    • Identifies business trends and develops database marketing programs and promotions based on analysis of player tracking.
    • Ensures proper data entry by all users, which includes providing data entry training for users.
    • Provides and oversees timely accurate reports for the marketing and gaming departments on a regular basis.
    • Maintains the database and Players Club system for cleanliness of entries, properly driven specifics and operational effectiveness.
    • Provides weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing analysis reports. These include, but are not limited to Demographics, Direct Mail programs, Promotions, Special Events, Group Tracking, Comp Analysis, Volume comparisons, Players Club, and Casino Revenue.
    • Works closely with the IT Department and ACSC to collect information and identify problems related to the ACSC database for resolution of problems.
    • Provides lists and reports for the table games, slots, player development and directors as needed.
    • Measures and reports the effectiveness of marketing and direct mail programs in terms of response rates, who responded versus who did not. Incremental visits/revenue and displaced visits/revenue.
    • Identifies clusters/similarities of database members and the best possible market niches for expansion of database.
    • Provides exemplary service and support to all departments.
    • Assists when needed in other major projects/events.
    • Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow cast members.
    • Any and all duties as assigned by your VP or a member of management.


    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • Must be 21 years of age or older.
    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, and post-graduate degree preferred; or 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Minimum 5 to 7 years related casino/database analysis experience required.
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
    • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
    • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Word required. Experience with ACSC Player Tracking system preferred and other marketing programs.
    • Must be able to obtain a Gaming Permit.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the cast member is regularly required to sit. The cast member is frequently required to talk or hear. The cast member is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The cast member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus. Clear vision is required to proof work and use data warehouse software.
    • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
