    Your daily responsibilities include

    MAJOR JOB DUTIES:  Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Apply skill in dealing individual games. Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to playing guests, in accordance with standard procedure.
    • Handle guest transactions for "buy-ins" and "pay-offs".
    • Verify fill and credits for the game.
    • Notify Floor-person of any irregularities in guest play and transactions during the shift.
    • Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures.
    • Provide courteous and friendly service to all staff and guests.
    • Perform related work as requested.
    • Adhere to Title 31 Gaming Regulations as applicable to the Casino Department.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    EXPERIENCE:  Proven knowledge, experience, and proficiency in dealing table games.


    EDUCATION:    High School Diploma or GED and some college level courses.      


    SKILLS:   Must know basic math to total hands and calculate payoffs.  The ability to work with co-workers, and management.  Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner.  Ability to deal with guests.  Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, regulations, policies and procedures.  Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.               


    CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: Gaming Registration.
