An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service, through the consistent practice and delivery of Marquee Customer Service to all guests and team members.
  • Issue player loyalty cards.
  • Assist patrons with questions as they relate to the property and loyalty programs.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments on an as needed basis.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and place outgoing phone calls in an efficient and courteous manner utilizing proper phone etiquette.
  • Direct incoming calls to appropriate team members and departments.
  • Take and forward accurate messages from patrons.
  • Track incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
  • Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
  • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Performs other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be available for multiple shifts to include nights and weekends
  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and possess strong organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to operate computer/computer software programs, multiline phone system, copy machines, computer printers/embossers, and other office equipment
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license
