    Your daily responsibilities include


    Monitor table game activity to ensure game integrity, record player statistics and ensure proper payouts.  Must provide excellent customer service by providing genuine courtesy, friendly attitude and a warm welcome to all customers.



    • This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Cast Members.
    • Monitors all pit games in assigned pit.  Maximum number of tables he/she may be responsible for is six (6).
    • Open and close table games in assigned area verifying count as provided by the dealer.
    • Inspect card decks prior to play.
    • Track and record player buy-ins, wins, losses and bet amounts.
    • Monitor bets and payouts and correct as needed.
    • Complete rating cards for players.
    • Initiate and verify fills to tables.
    • Process player requests for credit and extend to guest upon approval.
    • Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.
    • Maintain a constant awareness of game integrity and protection.
    • Counsel, motivate, evaluate, and instruct assigned personnel in the proper performance of their duties.
    • Provide complimentary items to guests as requested in accordance with policies and procedures.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set


    Knowledge of game and dealing techniques.  1 – 2 years supervisory experience is preferred.  Craps dealing and Roulette experience is required.  Must be 21 years of age.  This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Cast Members. High school diploma or equivalent is required.  Must understand and speak the English language.



    While performing the duties of this job, the Cast Member is regularly required to talk and hear.  The Cast Member frequently is required to stand and walk.  The Cast Member is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch.  The Cast Member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  The Cast Member requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception.
