An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • With minimal supervision, audits documentation of all operation departments to ensure adherence to policies and procedures and reports all findings relevant to Title 31 Regulations 
  • Ensures compliance with existing and established company policies and procedures pertaining to financial and control areas
  • Works closely with Casino Accounting, Slots, and Cage to research and reconcile W-2G discrepancies 
  • Responsible for issuing and tracking all Compliance Exception Reports
  • Assembles, posts and prepares various reports according to established policy and procedures 
  • Responsible for W-2G audits and reconciliation of winning reports 
  • Updates and maintains accurate CMS accounts on CTR and possible CTR patrons 
  • Assists with Title 31 testing 
  • Prepare worksheets, produce memos, etc 
  • Adhere to regulatory, and all other policies in an ethical manner

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years regulatory/casino/bookkeeping/accounting
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
  • Previous accounting experience or general office experience helpful
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Gaming, Title 31, and W2-G knowledge highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Financial Software Systems desirable
  • Detail oriented
  • Good communication skills
