Maintain all locks, keys and radios for property. Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. This is not a supervisory position.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One year of college or technical school; or a minimum of six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to prepare, read and interpret documents. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
At a minimum, must be a nationally certified First Responder, or State Certified EMT.
Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
