We are currently seeking a talented individual to become a Food & Beverage Supervisor.  An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Assists F&B Outlet Manager to ensure efficient sanitary and pleasant service in assigned F&B outlet.
  • Oversees scheduling, breaks, floor plans, training, evaluating, counseling, team members on assigned shift.
  • Assigns and verifies the completion of cleaning and general maintenance tasks.
  • Exhibits a friendly and helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow team members.
  • Any and all duties as assigned by your Manager or a member of management.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous supervisory experience in a full service restaurant preferred.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Must be able to obtain an ABC License. Must successfully complete C.A.R.E. training certification course.
  • Ability to offer all guests a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere while dining.
  • Must have the ability to balance a cash register and calculate labor costs.
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the team member is regularly required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The team member is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and taste or smell. The team member is occasionally required to sit. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must be able to stand a full shift.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
