Your daily responsibilities include

 

  • Screens inquiries via telephone or personal contact, and direct them to the appropriate individual
  • Serves as a liaison between the Team member and various departments.
  • Greets all visitors to the Human Resources department in an upbeat and professional manner.
  • Prepares and conducts New Hire Processing.
  • Data Entry and Filing as needed.
  • Managing the Office inventory and orders all office supplies for the department.
  • Keeps Office organized
  • Creates a weekly newsletter for Team Members on various property matters.
  • Assists Team Members and applicants with various computer systems and all other inquires as needed.
  • Performs other duties as requested

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions written or orally.
  • Experience and/or ability in drafting company newsletters, email blasts, etc. with a creative tone geared towards a Team Member demographic.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs and the Internet are required.
  • Attention to detail and follow through
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills.
  • 1 year related HR experience is preferred.
  • Ultipro and Applicant Tracking system (iCIMS)  knowledge is preferred
