An individual could be successful if they possess the following.
Oversee the daily operation of the Hotel and ensure guest satisfaction. Exercise good judgment to resolve guest concerns and complaints according to department and company policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Equivalent to two years of college with a thorough knowledge of Hotel management is required. 1 – 2 years management/supervisory experience is preferred. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Cast Members. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must understand and speak the English language.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Cast Members may be required to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
