Your daily responsibilities include

  • Display Excellent Guest Service skills. Understands and uses Red Carpet Service
  • Know the meaning of and models Property Core Values
  • Understand department procedures listed below:
  • Policies and Procedures Software, Gaming Seals, Slot Moves, E-Drops, Machine Entry, All department/property Policies and Procedures & Safety procedures
  • Key Control procedures Use Sign In/Out log
  • Radio policy Use Proper Etiquette
  • Fire/Evacuation procedures Know what exits to use and to contact Slot Leader
  • Parts labeling and inventory procedures Be able to identify parts
  • Malfunction Log/White Board

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • Basic knowledge about slot equipment, Including:
  • Identifying & Navigating Floor Layout Zones and locations
  • Identifying slot equipment Location, Asset, Manufacturer, Model, Serial Number, Software
  • Must have basic electrical/mechanical skills Ability to read wiring diagram, schematics and flow charts
  • Identifying basic equipment issues “BV’s and Printer” & where to find replacement parts. Proper name of the components
  • Know when to call for assistance from fellow employees or supervisors. Proper call sequence i.e. Don’t call directly for an Attendant any calls should be routed through a Slot Technician Supervisor first and then Ops Supervisor
  • Know how to operate power tools and other shop equipment safely and correctly Knowledge of Hand Tools and proper use of them a must
  • Basic knowledge of how ACSC works and be able to replace or repair its components. Use of floor monitor in conjunction with white board, run Transaction Received and Add Back Deleted Asset
  • Basic knowledge of how to generate and use ACSC reports. Identification of basic Transaction ID codes and their definitions
  • Must be able to understand & interpret the game rules for every game on the floor The ability to explain these to guests and Slot Operation Team Members
  • Basic Machine Optioning and Ram Clears for all OEM’s
