Your daily responsibilities include

  • Maintain the appearance of buffet. Clean and sanitize hot/cold buffet throughout each meal and during set up/break down.
  • Set up and break down station. Sets out and garnishes all food items prior to opening buffet. At closing or before next meal, removes and returns food to kitchen, restocks items/supplies for upcoming meal.
  • Monitor proper temperatures of buffet foods throughout each meal.
  • Monitor and maintain supply of food items on the buffet; run needed items from kitchen to buffet.
  • Complete opening and closing duties completely.
  • Other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • No experience required. Will provide necessary training
  • Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions
  • Must have the ability to perform basic math skills
  • Must have the ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions

  • Walking 30% of the time
