Your daily responsibilities include

  • Promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you come in contact with.
  • Effectively respond to supervisor’s requests in all areas of customer interaction and customer concerns.
  • Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare beverages.
  • Constantly pre-bus station.  Follow health and safety rules.
  • Become trained and certified in TIPS.
  • Interact verbally with all bar guests creating friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
  • Assist with inventory and inventory control.
  • Ring in all beverages according to standards set by Food & Beverage Department and collect proper money for these beverages.
  • Serve drinks to all bar guests.  Verify guest is of legal drinking age when unsure.
  • Know all drink prices.
  • Claim tips received according to laws governing wage.
  • Know all Food & Beverage Department open and closing times and memorize their food items to have the ability to inform guests when asked.
  • Ring up all alcoholic beverage orders for Cocktail Servers.
  • Make all alcoholic beverages for Cocktail Servers.
  • Collect payment from Cocktail Servers and provide them with a receipt.
  • Complete end of shift checkout and paperwork according to standards set by the Food and Beverage Department.
  • Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company’s judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity or improved guest services


To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Read, write legibly, understand and speak English
  • Excellent customer service/communication skills
  • Count money and change correctly
  • Knows cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
  • Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
  • Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
  • Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
  • Able to work in constricting areas
  • Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
  • Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
